Licensed Esthetician- Sugaring Training

Position Overview

SUGARED + BRONZED redefines airbrush tanning with an innovative proprietary solution and revives the ancient art of sugaring for clients preparing for any event or simply to feel their best. The salon offers a welcoming environment and a focus on client experience. This role involves learning sugaring, selling products and memberships, and promoting from within as new locations open.

• Perform full‑body sugaring services (Brazilian and Bikini, no manual lingo).
• Greet and check clients in/out through the Booker system.
• Maintain knowledge and inventory of S+B sugaring services, memberships, and products.
• Keep sugaring rooms clean and restock supplies.
• Answer client questions about the sugaring process, after‑care, and services.
• Respond to client communication via email and text.

• COSMETOLOGY or ESTHETICIAN license in the state applied for (waxing license acceptable in New York).
• Sugaring experience is a plus, but not required.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform wrist, hand, and finger movements.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Reliable schedule disclosed weeks in advance.
