Lead Massage Therapist

• Team leader for the Massage Department. Provide outstanding service excellence and maintain smooth and consistent spa operations.
• Assist Spa Director in generation and enhancement of revenue; oversee retail store, inventory, and training.
• Manage opening/closing duties; delegate to staff to maintain company and operational standards.
• Recruitment, training, staffing, and scheduling of team members.
• Knowledge & experience in body treatments, scrubs and massage techniques/modalties; ensure high customer service quality.

• Professional, Licensed Massage Therapist with two years+ of professional experience.
• Friendly, customer-service oriented, team player attitude; flexible; basic computer knowledge.
• Experience with Point of Sale systems (Book4
  
  Time knowledge desirable) and answering phones in a customer service environment.
• Preferable supervisory experience in a high-volume, customer-service-focused environment.
• Satisfactory attendance and job performance history; spa/salon experience a plus.
• Technical or Administrative Knowledge: computer-literate with good typing skills;
  Microsoft Office 365 (mail, calendar, Word, Excel).

Compensation:
Position is commission based; the pay range starts at $49.02 per hour and goes up to $87.40 per hour.
