Position Summary
Life Spa Esthetician provides skin and facial services that improve guests’ overall sense of well‑being and enhance the club experience. Services include facials, waxing, eyebrow and eyelash tinting, and make‑up application that exceed guest expectations.
Job Duties And Responsibilities- Provide individualized skin and facial services and treatments that meet clients’ needs and expectations.
- Educate clients on Life Spa and Salon products, services and treatments.
- Discuss options with clients to determine the individual needs of each client.
- Maintain Life Spa and Salon appearance and cleanliness.
- Serve as an expert in skin analysis and maintenance regimens.
- Promote all Life Spa and Salon products, services and treatments.
- Remain current on certifications and new trends in the industry.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Esthetician License in the state where work is performed.
- Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest and commissions.
- Ability to stand, walk, feel, reach and lift up to 50 pounds.
- 2 years of cosmetology experience.
- 6 months of sales experience.
- Knowledge in Salon Biz software.
This position will be paid commissions between 35% and 70% depending on the product and the Team Member’s productivity. The weekly minimum pay for the position will be the applicable minimum wage per hour.
