Licensed Esthetician

Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa is a national franchise specializing in massage, facials, and hair removal services. With over 500 locations across the US and Canada, Hand & Stone leads the membership‑based spa industry.

We’re seeking Licensed Estheticians for the Hewlett location to provide high‑quality, result‑driven facial treatments in a supportive, positive environment. Experience with Cryoskin, Dermalogica, Clarity RX, Dermal infusion, microdermabrasion, or chemical peels is highly desirable.

• Provide excellent service to members and guests by performing top‑level treatments
• Design and prescribe progressive treatment plans based on each client’s skincare goals
• Participate in hands‑on training, workshops, and webinars
• Achieve sales goals as outlined by spa management
• Create an excellent experience for members and guests through a friendly and helpful attitude
• Generate new clientele through promoting member referrals and memberships
• Help maintain professionalism and cleanliness of therapy rooms and common areas

• Strong retail and in‑room upgrade record
• Must carry liability insurance
• Knowledge and understanding of all spa services and product lines relevant to Estheticians

Compensation: $15.00 – $40.00 per hour
