Job Description
As an Aesthetician, Cosmetologist, or Massage Therapist you will specialize in providing facial and body treatments within a boutique spa environment that prioritizes quality over quantity. Serving a low volume of clients daily, you will work independently to deliver personalized skincare services, ensuring client satisfaction through expert techniques and clear communication. This role requires a professional licensed practitioner with a strong focus on skin care and customer service.
Responsibilities- Perform facial and body (anti-cellulitis, lymphatic drainage, full body relaxation) treatments tailored to individual client needs
- Maintain a clean, welcoming, and professional work environment
- Communicate effectively with clients to assess skin conditions and recommend appropriate treatments
- Follow state regulations and safety protocols in all procedures
- Manage appointment scheduling and client records accurately
- 1+ years of experience in aesthetics or cosmetology
- Completion of an accredited aesthetician, cosmetology or massage therapy program
- State aesthetician, cosmetology or massage therapy license
- Proficient in skin care techniques
- Strong client communication skills
- Excellent customer service abilities
- Bilingual in English and Russian
