Hair Happiness Starts Here. Hair Effex is a busy, established salon in the heart of Bellmore looking for a motivated, hardworking Salon Assistant to join our team. If you're passionate about hair and want to learn from an experienced team while building toward a career behind the chair, this is the place for you.

• Shampoo, condition, and blow-dry clients
• Mix color and help stylists with color applications and processing
• Greet clients and help them feel welcome and comfortable
• Keep stations, the shampoo area, and the salon clean and organized
• Help with laundry, restocking, and daily salon upkeep
• Support stylists throughout the day so services run smoothly

• Cosmetology license, or currently enrolled in cosmetology school
• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to work evenings and Saturdays
• No experience needed. We'll train you!
