Hyatt Regency Coconut Point Resort & Spa is a 462‑room property located between Fort Myers and Naples, overlooking Estero Bay. Hyatt Regency Coconut Point Resort & Spa is seeking a talented, customer-focused Hairstylist to join our luxury spa team. This position is responsible for providing exceptional salon services while delivering a personalized and memorable guest experience in a world-class resort environment.

• · Provide a variety of professional hair services, including cuts, styling, blowouts, treatments, and special occasion styling.
• · Consult with guests to determine their needs and recommend appropriate services and products.
• · Maintain knowledge of current hair trends, techniques, and industry best practices.
• · Ensure salon workstations, tools, and equipment are clean, sanitized, and organized.
• · Promote and sell professional retail products to enhance guests' salon experiences.
• · Build and maintain strong guest relationships that encourage repeat business.
• · Adhere to all resort, spa, and state licensing requirements.
• · Collaborate with spa team members to uphold Hyatt's standards of service excellence.

. If you're passionate about wellness, hospitality, and being part of something new, we encourage you to

• Current Florida Cosmetology License required.
• Previous experience as a hairstylist in a salon, spa, resort, or hospitality environment preferred.
• Strong knowledge of cutting, styling, coloring, and hair care techniques.
• Excellent communication and guest service skills.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends, holidays, and peak business periods.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks associated with salon services.
