We are seeking a skilled and passionate Braider/Loctician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be experienced in hair styling, specializing in braiding and locking techniques, and dedicated to providing exceptional client service. This role involves creating trendy and personalized hairstyles while educating clients on proper hair care practices. A strong background in cosmetology, excellent communication skills, and a keen eye for current styling trends are essential to succeed in this position.

• Perform a variety of braiding styles, including intricate and trendy designs, ensuring client satisfaction.
• Create and maintain locks and dreads, utilizing techniques that promote healthy hair growth.
• Stay informed on the latest trends in braiding and styling to offer innovative looks to clients.
• Consult with clients to understand their hair care needs and desired styles, providing professional recommendations.
• Educate clients on proper hair maintenance, styling tips, and hair care routines to ensure long-lasting results.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety and sanitation standards.
• Communicate effectively with clients throughout the appointment to ensure their expectations are met or exceeded.
• Provide excellent customer service by building rapport and fostering a welcoming environment for all clients.

• Proven experience working in the beauty industry with a focus on braiding, locs, or dreadlocks.
• Strong knowledge of current hair styling trends related to braiding and locking techniques.
• Proficiency in cosmetology practices related to hair care, styling, and maintenance.
• Excellent client communication skills with the ability to understand and execute client requests accurately.

• Cosmetology or Natural Hair License (Required)
