We are a long established Tri Be Ca  Salon with a great atmosphere and wonderful clients. We are seeking a motivated, professional and friendly Hair Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in hair styling and color techniques, customer service, and salon operations. You will be responsible for providing exceptional care while ensuring a welcoming and professional environment for our clients.

• Assist stylists where needed. Shampoo, blow dry, apply and remove color.
• Perform daily duties to maintain the salon‘s needs and appearance.
• Maintain sanitation standards in accordance with health regulations and salon policies.
• Assist with front desk operations including scheduling appointments and managing salon software such as STX.
• Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening to clients' needs.

• Cosmetology license is required.
• Ability to blow dry hair and apply color.
• Familiarity with salon software systems such as STX is helpful.
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
• Knowledge of sanitation practices to ensure a clean and safe environment for clients.
