We have pre-sold our first 1,000 machines to some of the most iconic brands in America, including Ulta Beauty, Nordstrom, Equinox and Marriott.

As of November 2025, we launched our first robot at Ulta Beauty in Everett, MA and are continuing to scale across said brand locations above. We are a fast growing 60+ person organization with deep robotics experience.

Beauty is seeking a Brand Ambassador with a cosmetology or nail technician license to help launch and represent our brand at a brand new location on the West Side of New York City! This person will be the face of 10

Beauty, stationed directly at our in-store machines to educate, assist, and inspire customers as they experience their first fully robotic manicure. This is a unique opportunity to be at the forefront of beauty tech, while connecting with consumers, and driving excitement for 10

Pay Structure:

$20/hr with $30 commissions earned for each and every manicure booked.

What You'll Do:

• Become a product expert on the 10
  
  Beauty machine, our innovative nail pods, and the accompanying app
• Drive customer bookings by creating excitement and converting conversations into appointments
• Provide manicure touch ups and fixes as needed
• Proactively approach and engage customers, sharing the story of 10
  
  Beauty and the benefits of our products
• Maintain a professional, enthusiastic, and positive image that aligns with the 10
  
  Beauty brand values
• Listen to customer feedback and share insights with the 10
  
  Beauty team to help us continuously improve
• Ensure the machine and surrounding area are clean, organized, and inviting

What you have:

• Experience in cosmetology or most preferably nail related work
• Outgoing, confident, and comfortable approaching and speaking with new people
• Passion for beauty, fashion, wellness, or consumer technology
• Punctual, dependable, and always ready to represent 10
  
  Beauty positively
• Ability to work retail hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed

* This role includes a paid one week training period. Please note that the training period will involve a week of travel to our corporate office in Burlington, Massachusetts*
