As an In‑Home Caregiver
, you’ll help clients maintain dignity, safety, and independence ponsibilities may include:

• Providing companionship and meaningful conversation
• Assisting with personal care such as bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and mobility
• Performing light housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparation
• Offering medication reminders and ensuring a safe home environment
• Providing transportation to appointments, errands, or community activities
• Supporting family caregivers through respite services
• Delivering specialized care for clients with Alzheimer’s, dementia, or post‑hospital needs

• Weekly Direct Deposits
• Flexible Scheduling – Choose shifts that fit your lifestyle
• Paid Orientation and Ongoing Training (in‑person and online)

• Mileage Reimbursement – $0.40/mile between clients
• Health Insurance – available after 90 days for employees averaging 35+ hours/week

• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle with insurance
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Current CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
• AHCA Level II Background Screening (required by Florida law)
• Physical exam completed within the last 6 months
• Negative TB test or chest X‑ray (per Florida home care requirements)
