LPN Glen at Hiland - FT Nights - Memory Care

Shift: Night Shift (11:00 PM – 7:00 AM).

Location:

The Terrace / Memory Care at The Glen. This is a licensed practical nurse position focused on compassionate, home-like care in an enhanced assisted living/memory care setting. The lead nurse on shift ensures residents receive thoughtful care and attention in a relaxed community environment.

• Medications, treatments, and staff oversight under the direction of the RN.
• Lead and support the care team during your shift.
• Deliver compassionate, person-centered care while fostering dignity and independence for each resident.
• Provide documentation promptly and accurately to support resident care.
• Consult with the RN on changes to care plans or schedules and communicate with residents and families about their care plan.
• Attend and participate in in-servicing, orientation, and educational activities.

• Must be a high school graduate.
• Must graduate from a nursing education program acceptable to the New York State Education Department (NYSED).
• Must be licensed with current registration in New York.

• Stand, walk, and lift for long periods.
• Read and write using medical terminology.
• Use computers including electronic medication administration records, processing orders, and required in-service training.
• Maintain visual and auditory acuity adequate to perform observations and patient care.
• Maintain composure and positivity in a high-stress environment.
• Promote physical, cognitive, and psychosocial well-being of residents and work with residents in a highly personal manner during illness.

Pay Range: $24.00 - $30.10 per hour, with increased shift differentials starting at $4.00 per hour. Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under FLSA will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may vary by location.
