Overview
Program Coordinator – Oncology & Surgery - Days at New York-Presbyterian Brooklyn Methodist Hospital. The hospital is a 591-bed facility affiliated with Weill Cornell Medical College, committed to high-quality, compassionate patient care. This role is part of the Oncology and Surgery Team and provides cross-department collaboration and leadership to improve patient care.
Step into this crucial role, where you will work under the guidance of the Manager of the Oncology Service Line. The Program Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating, implementing and performing administrative duties for the assigned department, including projects related to regulatory accreditations, grant-funded programs, and additional department priorities and administrative needs.
This is a full-time, Monday – Friday day shift position, predominantly 9:00am – 5:00pm.
Location:
NYP/Brooklyn Methodist Hospital.
- Coordinate and implement administrative duties for the Oncology & Surgery department.
- Manage projects related to regulatory accreditations and grant-funded programs.
- Support department priorities and day-to-day administrative needs under the guidance of the Manager of the Oncology Service Line.
- Required:
Bachelor’s Degree or 3-5 years of equivalent work experience - Proficiency with MS Office
- Strong interpersonal skills, highly organized, ability to work with diverse community groups and multi-task
- Strong data management experience

Salary Range$64,350 - $89,000 per year
