Position Summary:We are seeking a part-time MRI Technologist for outpatient radiology services in Garden City. The successful candidate will operate MRI equipment, produce diagnostic images, and ensure patient safety and protocol adherence under the supervision of a Radiologist.
Job Responsibilities:Graduate of an AMA-approved Radiology or Imaging Services program, with a NY State Radiologic Technologist License or Temporary Permit. ARRT Advanced Certification in MRI required within 180 days of hire. Strong communication, problem-solving, customer service skills, and basic computer proficiency are essential.
Preferred Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Radiology or related health field. 1-2 years of MRI technologist experience or training.
Qualified candidates must communicate effectively at all organizational levels.
