OverviewJoin our Laboratory Team and make a difference at a great community based hospital, Montefiore New Rochelle. The hospital is part of the Montefiore Einstein, a premier academic health system serving more than 3 million people living in the New York City region and Hudson Valley. We have a fantastic opportunity for a Medical Lab Technologist to join our team.
Responsibilities- Perform laboratory testing of patient samples on blood and body fluids.
- Evaluate and verify laboratory test results.
- Perform and evaluate laboratory quality control.
- Troubleshoot and participate in quality improvement and proficiency testing.
- Perform STAT testing.
- NYSED license required/Laboratory Technologist Certification
- Bachelor's Degree required in Medical Technology or equivalent 2 years of experience.
