We offer 12-hour day and overnight shifts
, along with nursing visit opportunities, giving you the flexibility to balance work and life while doing work that truly matters.

Minimum 1 year of recent LPN experience in an acute care setting (home care experience is a plus!)
Active New York State LPN license and BLS certification
Authorization to work in the U.S.
Physical exam completed within the past year
PPD or Quanti
FERON (within 1 year) or chest X-ray (within 5 years)MMR immunizations (within the last 10 years)
Valid driver’s license (preferred)
