Join Siemens Healthineers as a Pricing Excellence Analyst within the Laboratory Diagnostics team. This high-impact role focuses on shaping and executing pricing strategies that drive profitability, competitiveness, and long-term value. You will influence deal strategy, build a global pricing playbook, and partner cross-functionally to elevate pricing as a strategic lever.

• Design and implement region-specific pricing strategies aligned with business goals and market dynamics.
• Track and mitigate price erosion; analyze trends and recommend corrective actions.
• Develop and maintain a market pricing database with competitor intelligence and benchmarks.
• Support deal structuring, escalation processes, and profitability analysis.
• Drive continuous improvement in pricing tools, processes, and governance, including automation and standardization.
• Monitor pricing KPIs and deliver actionable reporting to Sales, Finance, and Marketing.
• Influence accretive pricing decisions through data‑driven insights.

• Experience:
  
  8+ years overall, with at least 4 years in pricing, finance, or commercial strategy (preferably in healthcare or diagnostics).
• Strong understanding of value‑based and tiered pricing models.
• Advanced analytical skills; comfortable with complex modeling and large datasets.
• Proficiency in Excel (including VBA), Power BI (DAX); familiarity with Power Automate or similar tools.
• Intermediate coding skills and willingness to learn new tools/databases.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills; ability to influence stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or certifications in finance, analytics, or business strategy preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 20%, including short‑term international assignments.
• Fluent English; additional languages a plus.
