** YOUR ROLE AT ZEGNA
** As Junior Health & Safety Specialist, based in Milan, you will bring your unique strengths to the EMEA Health & Safety team, helping us ensure full compliance with Health & Safety regulations and continuously improve our safety culture across the Region. You’ll work closely with the EMEA Health & Safety Manager and key internal partners to drive meaningful results and create a safe, compliant, and thriving workplace for all our employees.
** HOW YOU BRING IT TO LIFE
** Here’s how you’ll bring this role to life each day — making it your own and shaping it with your unique talents and expertise:
* Support the EMEA Health & Safety Manager in ensuring compliance with H&S legislation and company procedures through system management and regular audits.
* Conduct risk assessments and inspections to ensure the safe operation of all plants, equipment, and work environments.
* Develop and support implementation of H&S business and action plans based on performance data and retail developments.
* Coordinate and supervise H&S training programs for employees and contractors, ensuring all personnel receive appropriate and regular training.
* Maintain and update Health & Safety system documentation, ensuring availability on site and alignment with corporate standards.
* Manage relations with company doctors and external H&S consultants (e.g., RSPP), ensuring proper medical surveillance and advisory support.
* Support behavioural safety initiatives aimed at promoting awareness and a proactive safety culture.

* You bring experience in Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) roles, ideally within a retail or multi-site environment.
* You’re known for your interpersonal, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with attention to detail.
* You thrive when collaborating cross-functionally and finding practical solutions to improve workplace safety.
* You communicate fluently in English
