Sigma Health Rehab is excited to offer a per diem Physical Therapist position to join our skilled therapists in a Skilled Nursing Facility.

- Comply with federal, state, and local legal and professional requirements
- Maintain a cooperative relationship among healthcare team members & contribute to team effort
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Program
- Current New York State Physical Therapist (PT) License
