Part-Time In-Home or Center Based Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)/Behavior Technician (BT)

Long Island - Nassau & Suffolk County

$23-$30/hour (based on education, experience, and certifications)

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children following individualized treatment plans created by a supervising BCBA.
• Collect and record behavioral data to track progress and guide treatment decisions.
• Build strong, positive relationships with clients and families.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation that meets clinical and insurance standards.
• Participate in supervision and ongoing trainings to strengthen your clinical skills.

• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, education, or a related field (required)
• RBT certification or willingness to obtain certification
• Experience working with children, particularly those with autism or developmental delays (preferred)
• Excellent communication skills, patience, empathy, and a passion for helping others
• Reliable transportation to client locations across Nassau and Suffolk counties
