Full time bilingual medical receptionist/front desk (Mandarin/Cantonese/Fuzhou)

833 58th St., Brooklyn, NY 11220

9:00 AM to 5:30 PM, schedule TBA

• Responsible for patient scheduling/appointments
• Responsible for insurance benefit inquiries
• Responsible for filing and answering phone calls
• Assist in insurance billing matters
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Google Sheets
• Conduct phone calls with insurance company
• Ability to train new receptionists

• High school degree required or higher
• Meticulous, responsible, enthusiastic
• Ability to communicate with patients/staff, solve problems independently, multitask
• Basic office skills
• Leadership, interview and training of new front desk staff

• Mandarin/Fuzhou/Cantonese dialect
• English
• Must be able to work legally in the United States

Hourly rate commensurate with experience, $22–$25 per hour

Outpatient, private practice, physical & rehabilitation medicine

• 8 hour shift
• Weekends as needed

• Bachelor’s (Preferred)
• Medical office experience: 1 year (required)
• Computer skills: 1 year (required)
• Language:
