The Promoting Recruitment, Opportunity, Diversity, inclusion, and Growth Plus (PRODiG+) Postdoctoral Fellow in Applied Behavior Analysis, School of Health Professions (SOHP) Fellowship Program aims to increase the number and share of excellent, diverse faculty committed to advancing the ideals of diversity, equity, and inclusion, and (2) strengthen the pipeline for retention and support of those faculty.

The SOHP is home to a new and growing Master of Science in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) program recognized as Tier 2a by the Association for Behavior Analysis International (ABAI). The program prepares students for professional practice as behavior analysts through rigorous academic training, research mentorship, and supervised clinical experiences. The program emphasizes the scientist-practitioner model and the application of principles of behavior to address socially significant behaviors across diverse populations and settings.

The PRODiG+ Fellow will contribute to advancing the institution's diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging initiatives and will be mentored by a faculty with a proven track record of supporting the career growth of early-stage faculty. The PRODiG+ Fellow hired for this position will engage in a 2-year Fellowship, with a highly competitive salary and with start-up funding to support professional development.

The PRODiG+ Fellowship is open to all prospective candidates, regardless of race, color, national origin, or sex, and is consistent with all current federal and state nondiscrimination laws. All application submissions will be assessed and evaluated in accordance with the required eligibility criteria.

The PRODiG+ Fellow will engage in advanced training, structured mentorship, and the development of professional skills that prepare the Fellow for an academic position in behavior analysis and related fields of study. This full-time position will be supported by a faculty mentor with a strong history of successful mentorship and scholarly activity and will be guided by a co-developed Individual Development Plan (IDP).

The primary mentor will provide direct supervision and ongoing support to enhance the Fellow's skills in teaching, mentorship, manuscript preparation, research dissemination, and professional development. The Fellow will also have opportunities to collaborate on initiatives that advance the School of Health Professions' mission.
