VP of Operations – Multi-Site Healthcare

$200–300k DOE+ Performance Bonus

We are seeking a seasoned operations leader to oversee and scale multi‑site healthcare operations across multiple states. The role focuses on strengthening systems, improving processes, integrating technology, and guiding operational teams as the organization continues to expand.

• Experience in healthcare operations
  , ideally with exposure to multi‑site or multi‑state environments
• Ability to build, implement, and optimize operational systems and workflows
• Strong understanding of technology, integrations, dashboards, and KPIs
• Experience leading and developing operational leaders (e.g., Executive Directors, managers)
• Skilled in creating structured processes, SOPs, and accountability mechanisms
• Strong communication skills and consistent follow‑through

• Build and enhance operational systems to support multi‑state growth
• Lead Executive Directors across locations and ensure operational consistency
• Integrate EMR, workflow, task management, and reporting platforms
• Develop and execute SOPs and processes that are simple, efficient, and consistently applied
• Establish KPIs, dashboards, and performance expectations
• Partner with executive leadership to translate strategic goals into operational execution
• Strengthen communication and operational alignment across all locations

• Strong operational thinker with a talent for systems, structure, and clarity
• Highly organized and analytical, with a focus on measurable outcomes
• Experience in service‑based healthcare (behavioral health a plus but not required)
• Professional, steady leadership style with strong interpersonal communication
• Hands‑on operator capable of working both high‑level and in the details
