Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Psychologist (PhD or PsyD) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is passionate about serving diverse populations, values collaborative care, and is eager to make a meaningful impact in an urban community setting. Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations, including diagnostic interviews and standardized testing (e.g., personality, IQ, behavioral)
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans using evidence-based interventions (e.g., CBT, DBT, trauma-informed care)
- Provide psychotherapy to residents primarily in skilled nursing and long-term care settings, with opportunities for outpatient or community-based work if desired
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams (psychiatrists, social workers, nurses, educators) to ensure holistic care
- Provide psychoeducation to clients and families, promoting mental health awareness and resilience
- Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations
- Participate in team meetings, case conferences, and ongoing professional development
- Doctoral degree in Clinical, Counseling, or School Psychology (PhD or PsyD) from an APA-accredited program
- Minimum of 1–2 years of supervised clinical experience; postdoctoral experience preferred
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with culturally and linguistically diverse populations
