Hourly Pay Rate: $31‑$34 Hourly (W‑2), $35‑$38 Hourly (1099)

• Collaborate daily with PT Supervisor and follow established Plan of Care for all patients.
• Provide quality therapy services to individuals in an SNF setting, who require care related to TBI, CVA, Stroke, Parkinson’s, Multiple Sclerosis, Cancer, orthopedic surgery, and other debilitating diagnoses.
• Monitor and document patient progress with the use of innovative EMR software.
