• Provide a quality Patient Journey Experience.
• Test and diagnose hearing loss in accordance with Starkey clinical protocols and state/federal laws.
• Fit and sell hearing products and accessories while ensuring optimal patient outcomes.
• Provide counseling and follow‑up services.
• Maintain a successful and profitable office.
• Collaborate with the Regional Manager/Director on financial management of the office.
• Oversee new and retention marketing efforts in coordination with National Marketing staff.

• Valid State Licensure – license in good standing.
• Knowledge of patient management software, NOAH and Inspire OS.
• Strong organizational and execution skills.
• Excellent problem‑solving, analytical, communication, and interpersonal abilities.

Target rate for a Hearing Instrument Specialist is between $33–$35 per hour. The rate may vary based on geography, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is eligible for monthly uncapped commissions in accordance with the Company’s plan.
