**** Nurse Technician - Med/Surg. Neurology - Full-time - Full-Time Nights

This position is a full-time night shift (11:45PM-7:45AM), 3 weekends per schedule located at New York-Presbyterian rooklyn Methodist.
** Preferred Criteria
** o   Minimum one-year experience as Nurse Technician, Patient Care Technician or Medical Assistant in a healthcare setting
** Required Criteria*
* · High school diploma or GED or relevant work experience
· Successful completion of an accredited Nurse Technician/Patient Care Technician Program or Nursing Assistant, EKG, and Phlebotomy Program or Medical Assistant Program
· Nurse Technician/ Patient Care Technician or Nursing Assistant, EKG, and Phlebotomy or Medical Assistant certificate
· Current BLS from the American Heart Association

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS Must be able to lift, move, and position patients of all weights with varying amounts of assistance in a fair manner on a regular and recurring basis including dexterity of fingers, hands, arms and feet with sensory requirements of speech, touch, vision and hearing to normal range with corrections.
