KPMG is currently seeking a Manager to join our KPMG Strategy practice.

• Lead enterprise‑wide strategy projects and drive execution of related deliverables in the Healthcare Lifesciences market
• Manage the process from start to finish, including setting scopes, budgets, staffing resources, creating and coordinating final deliverables, and assisting with presentation of results
• Develop and implement strategic roadmaps, manage key engagement interviews, research and facilitate client workshops
• Work closely with the engagement Partner, Managing Director or Director to build relationships with clients
• Establish client value propositions that tie key strategic, financial and operational metrics directly to near‑ and long‑term business improvement
• Participate in the professional development of more junior KPMG Strategy team members and assist with recruiting and training new staff

• Minimum five years of recent consulting experience in a client‑facing strategy discipline at a major strategy, boutique strategy or Big 4 firm, with a focus on the healthcare or life sciences industry
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university, preferably in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field;
  Master’s degree in Business Administration preferred
• Deep industry knowledge and experience in consulting for healthcare or life sciences, including payer‑provider, pharmaceuticals, biotech, medical devices, and leadership experience in this sector
• Proven experience articulating and advising on strategic issues in the healthcare life sciences industry and in strategy consulting areas such as transaction and business due diligence, operational and performance improvement, strategic growth, or other relevant strategy experience
• Strong strategic business acumen, analytical and problem‑solving skills, and the ability to understand how business‑model decisions impact operating‑model design and execution across operations, technology, risk governance and organizational design
• Comfort working in ill‑defined client situations
• Willingness and ability to travel
