• Assist in providing medical insight
• Work in an increasingly autonomous role
• Participate in the assessment, planning, and implementation of medical care
• Provide oversight and training of direct care staff in monitoring the medical systems
• Participate in team meetings and provide medically related in-services to program staff.

including education, experience, licensure/certification, etc. and essential physical capabilities (e.g. lifting, assisting lifting, standing, etc.) Minimum requirements of specific positions may vary by assigned function and/or contract. • NYS Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) License
• Cover Bronx and the Hudson Valley SLU

• Med/Surg experience
• Experience with intellectually and developmentally disabled population

• Salary is up to 55000 USD annually

• M-F 10a-6p
