Social Worker (LMSW) - Emergency Department - Full Time

A Social Work career with New York-Presbyterian’s Weill Cornell's Adult and Peds Emergency Department is dynamic and often unpredictable, bringing new challenges to each and every day. Working as part of an interdisciplinary team you will provide psycho-social assessments, discharge planning to advert unnecessary admissions, provide referrals, safety planning, work with Domestic Violence and Sexual Assault survivors, manage child and adult abuse cases and arrange transportation.
This is a full-time position working Monday - Friday, 11:00am - 7:00pm
Preferred Criteria
- Experience in an ED or other Outpatient area Trauma experience
- Bi-Lingual Spanish
Required Criteria
- Master’s Degree in Social Work (MSW)
- New York State License as a Licensed Masters Social Worker (LMSW)

: $46.15-$60.50/Hourly
