Psychology opportunity with free training provided in Brooklyn, NY. Seeking candidates who are able to make a long term commitment (minimum 6 months). • Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions to support independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of the clinical team, implementing skill-building and care plans directly.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
• Collaborate with families and BCBA Supervisors to enhance treatment effectiveness.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and passion for helping children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situations.

• Services will be provided in clients  homes or in community-based locations.
• All positions start as part-time.
• Required to take the 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician course.
• Looking to hire candidates who are willing to make a 6-month commitment to change clients  lives.
