Description
Under the direction of the section supervisor, performs day-to-day tasks in accessioning and phlebotomy areas including but not limited to: receipt, handling, accessioning, and centrifuging specimens; sending specimens to reference laboratories; data entry; and other support laboratory functions. Required to work weekends and holidays based on departmental needs.
QualificationsA high school diploma with at least 6 months of Clinical Laboratory data entry experience.
Must have some technical familiarity related to the laboratory.
Relevant experience in a clinical laboratory is required.
