About the Role

HHA/PCA Certified Caregivers Needed! Call . Summit Home Health Care is currently looking to hire caregivers who are trustworthy and team players, ready to provide exceptional care for our patients.

Base pay: $19.10/hr - $20.10/hr

• Daily personal care (bathing, grooming, oral care, dressing, etc.)
• Assist with the daily living activities per the Plan of Care
• Monitor patients and report on their condition
• Help with patient meals and feeding, as well as basic housekeeping functions
• Accompany the patient to doctor's visits, shopping, and other essential errands

• Must have New York State Home Health Aide Certificate.
• Government Issued , Social Security Card & Work Authorization, if needed.
• 2 Recommendation Letters.
• Recent Physical.
• TB Screening (Quantiferon preferred).
• Flu shot.
• Rubella & Rubeola titer lab work.
• Chain of Custody Drug Screen no older than 6 months.
