If you are an upbeat, confident professional with remarkable communication and interpersonal skills, able to work comfortably under pressure while multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment, then this is the position for you.

- 1+ years of experience working as an administrative assistant or a relevant role (medical office preferred)
- Remarkable customer service skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Meticulous attention to detail with multitasking capability
- Familiar with medical terminology
- Data Entry – 50 wpm
- Basic knowledge of patient registration, verifying health insurance, scheduling appointments, answering high volume phone calls, collecting copays, and filing/ organizing patient documents
- Bilingual – English, Spanish a plus
- Both Full-Time and Part-Time positions available
