Join our compassionate team as a Home Care Occupational Therapist, dedicated to making a positive impact on the lives of individuals in the comfort of their homes. You will focus on enhancing clients’ independence and quality of life through personalized therapy plans.

• Conduct in‑home assessments to evaluate clients’ daily living needs and challenges.
• Develop and implement customized occupational therapy plans to address clients’ specific goals.
• Provide therapeutic interventions to improve clients’ ability to perform daily activities.
• Collaborate with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to care.
• Educate clients and their families on adaptive techniques and equipment for increased independence.
• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of assessments, interventions, and progress.

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• State licensure as an Occupational Therapist.
• Strong clinical and communication skills.
• Ability to adapt therapy plans to diverse client needs.
• Compassionate and patient‑centered approach to care.
• Valid driver’s license and/or reliable transportation.
• Valid liability insurance.

Previous experience in home care or a related field is preferred. New graduates with a passion for home care are welcome to apply.
