Fountain Health NYC is seeking a highly motivated and polished Partnerships Coordinator to join our growing team. This is a commission-based role with the opportunity to evolve into a full-time business development position based on performance. Ideal candidates will have a proven background in medical sales, be deeply curious about the future of integrative mental health, and thrive in a dynamic, high-growth environment.
A successful Partnerships Coordinator will immerse themselves in understanding Fountain’s unique care model, which blends psychiatric care, IV ketamine therapy, and functional medicine into a patient-centered approach. The individual will be responsible for introducing Fountain’s offerings to referring clinicians, wellness partners, and community stakeholders, with the goal of driving qualified patient referrals and building brand awareness.
Primary Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with referring physicians, therapists, wellness centers, and community partners
- Represent Fountain with professionalism, warmth, and credibility in outreach meetings, events, and conversations
- Clearly communicate the value of Fountain’s personalized, protocol-driven care model
- Maintain accurate records of outreach activities, lead sources, and partner pipelines using internal tools
- Educate new and existing partners about treatment pathways, program offerings, and patient outcomes
- Collaborate with internal clinical and administrative teams to align messaging and ensure seamless referral processes
- Consistently follow up with leads and partners to nurture long-term relationships
- Identify new growth opportunities and work closely with leadership to pilot outreach strategies
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience in medical sales or clinical outreach (required)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM systems (preferred)
- Excellent organization, time management, and follow-through
- Comfortable presenting clinical information in a clear, compelling way
- Self-motivated and proactive with a high standard of professionalism
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
- Passion for wellness, integrative care, or mental health preferred
