Clinical Dietitian Nutrition

We are seeking a fully competent and experienced dietitian capable of covering all patient care units, including critical care (ICU and PICU). This role involves providing comprehensive nutritional care to patients of all ages. The dietitian will assess nutritional needs, develop, implement, and re-evaluate care plans, and educate patients and their families. Effective communication with the healthcare team regarding patient issues is essential.

The dietitian will also modify diet orders and recommend adjustments for enteral feeding and nutritional supplements.

• Hourly Rate: $48/hr

  Required:
  
  2 to 4 years

• Strong verbal communication and listening skills.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
• Ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
• Eagerness to acquire knowledge in the area of specialty.
• Demonstrated analytical, time management, and priority-setting skills.
• Excellent judgment and decision-making abilities.

• Experience in oncology.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nutrition and Dietetics.

• Certified Dietitian Nutritionist (must obtain within 12 months of employment in New York; not required for New Jersey positions).
• Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (Commission on Dietetic Registration).
