• Support the pharmacist in accurately preparing and dispensing medications.
• Provide outstanding customer service by assisting patients with inquiries and resolving concerns.
• Maintain optimal inventory levels and manage stock to ensure medications are always available.
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local pharmacy regulations.
• Keep precise patient records and maintain pharmacy documentation.
• Handle insurance claims processing and assist with reimbursement issues.
• Collaborate with pharmacists and healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional patient care.
• Adhere to safety protocols to maintain a secure working environment.

• High school diploma or equivalent; completion of a pharmacy technician training program is a plus.
• Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) certification preferred.
• At least 3 years of experience in a pharmacy setting preferred.
• Bilingual Speaker (English & Spanish)

• Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in pharmacy management software.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
• Strong knowledge of pharmacy laws and regulations.
