Join Tradition Home Health Care as a Live-In Home Health Aide (HHA) in Brooklyn, NY, where you will provide compassionate, personalized care to clients in their homes. • Provide daily personal care and assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Administer medication and monitor client health status under supervision.
• Assist with mobility and transfers to ensure client safety.
• Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding as needed.
• Maintain a clean and safe living environment for clients.
• Engage clients in social and recreational activities to promote mental well‑being.
• Document care provided and report any changes in client condition to the healthcare team.
• Build trusting relationships with clients and their families through effective communication.

• Valid New York State HHA certification or equivalent training.
• Experience in home care or a similar caregiving role preferred.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate, patient, and reliable demeanor.
• Ability to lift and move clients safely as required.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Background check clearance and CPR certification are a plus.
