Job Description:

As a Pharmacy Lab Technician, you will be an integral part of our research and development efforts. Your responsibilities will encompass:

• Assisting pharmacists and researchers in the compounding and preparation of medications.
• Maintaining accurate and organized records of medication formulas and inventory.
• Operating and maintaining pharmaceutical equipment and instruments.
• Compounding non-sterile preparations and ensuring techniques are followed.
• Conducting quality control checks to ensure the purity and accuracy of medications.
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to support ongoing research projects.
• Adhering to safety and regulatory guidelines for pharmaceutical preparations.

Qualifications:

To excel in this role, you should have the following qualifications:

• Associate's degree or certification as a Pharmacy Technician is preferred but not mandatory.
• Prior experience as a Pharmacy Lab Technician is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong attention to detail, precision, and adherence to safety protocols.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• Familiarity with pharmaceutical equipment and laboratory procedures.
