- Build and maintain relationships with key healthcare stakeholders, including physicians and clinical staff

- Uphold ethical standards and compliance with industry best practices
- BS/BA degree in science or related field AND a minimum of 4 years of commercial pharma/biotech experience, including 3+ years in specialty pharmaceutical sales
- Strong understanding of healthcare regulatory environments and proven track record of meeting sales objectives
- Ability to lead and participate in cross‑functional teams while building trust among peers
- Proficiency with sales platforms and business intelligence tools (e.g., , Oracle, SAP)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong sales and account management disposition
- Master's degree in science or related field AND 2+ years of similar experience
- Experience with close-door or specialty pharmacy distribution
- Background in psychiatry, neurology, or antipsychotic sales
- Familiarity with project management and analytical problem-solving
- Entrepreneurial attitude and ability to thrive in performance-based environments
