What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Drive product acceptance and growth through targeted education and strategic account management
  • Build and maintain relationships with key healthcare stakeholders, including physicians and clinical staff
  • Execute territory sales strategies to meet or exceed sales objectives via in-person and virtual communications
  • Collaborate with internal partners, including marketing and medical science liaisons, to enhance product promotion
  • Uphold ethical standards and compliance with industry best practices
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • BS/BA degree in science or related field AND a minimum of 4 years of commercial pharma/biotech experience, including 3+ years in specialty pharmaceutical sales
  • Strong understanding of healthcare regulatory environments and proven track record of meeting sales objectives
  • Ability to lead and participate in cross‑functional teams while building trust among peers
  • Proficiency with sales platforms and business intelligence tools (e.g., , Oracle, SAP)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong sales and account management disposition
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Master's degree in science or related field AND 2+ years of similar experience
  • Experience with close-door or specialty pharmacy distribution
  • Background in psychiatry, neurology, or antipsychotic sales
  • Familiarity with project management and analytical problem-solving
  • Entrepreneurial attitude and ability to thrive in performance-based environments
