Location: New York
A supportive housing organization in New York is seeking a part-time Social Worker to provide on-site clinical assessments and support for outreach teams. The ideal candidate will have their NYS Licensed Masters Social Worker (LMSW) and strong experience in crisis intervention and collaboration with community partners. This role requires advocacy for patients during discharges and proactive engagement with homeless individuals.
Working hours are Saturday and Sunday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
