Field-based Marketer/Hospital Liaison needed. Manage your own schedule, build hospital relationships, and drive admissions to our skilled nursing facility.

Pay Range: $75,000.00 - $ per year

The Hospital Liaison/Marketer will play a vital role in fostering partnerships with local hospitals and healthcare providers. You will work directly with these facilities to ensure smooth patient transitions to our facility, while representing The Grand Rehabilitation & Nursing as a trusted care provider. If you're driven, energetic, and thrive in a dynamic, face-to-face role, this position is for you!

• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with local hospitals, physicians, and healthcare providers.
• Educate referral sources about the services offered by The Grand Healthcare System, highlighting our commitment to excellence in patient care.
• Represent our facility at community events, health fairs, and other networking opportunities to increase visibility and generate referrals.

• Coordinate patient admissions, ensuring a smooth and seamless transition from hospital to our facility.
• Review medical records and patient histories to make informed decisions about patient care.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure a comprehensive approach to patient care, addressing all needs.

• Drive marketing initiatives and outreach efforts to expand our referral network.
• Work with internal teams to enhance service offerings and improve patient outcomes.
• Promote the facility’s services through presentations and by networking with referral sources.

• Cover the Admissions Coordinator position as needed.
• Travel to local healthcare facilities is required – this is not a desk job!

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
• Self-driven and passionate about business development and building lasting relationships.
• Experience in sales, marketing, or healthcare is preferred, with a knack for presentations and networking.
• Ability to work independently while being a key part of a collaborative team.
• Flexibility and willingness to travel to nearby facilities to build connections.
