Job Description

Angels on Call is a premier licensed home care service agency located in Upper Westchester County, NY and looking for an experienced scheduling coordinator. This position requires a candidate that is extremely detail-oriented, self-motivated, could multi-task, has excellent customer service skills and can work in a fast-paced environment.

• Coordinate and manage the schedules of employees (caregivers).
• Develop relationships and interact with clients and caregivers on a daily basis.
• Participate in the recruiting, orientation and management of caregivers.
• Provide superior customer service and compassion for new clients and their families.
• Develop a working knowledge of company policies & procedures, services provided.

• Work from our main office location in Peekskill, Monday-Friday (9a-5p).
• One night/week after hours on-call (5p-9a)

• One weekend/month after hours on-call Friday 5p-Monday 9a

$25.00 per hour to $30.00 per hour, to start based on experience.

Relevant: 1 or 2 year (Preferred). Scheduling: 1 year in home care coordination or 2 years in coordination/staffing role.
