Compensation: Pay Range: $74,00.00 - $ Per Year
Description- Join our team as a Speech Language Pathologist, providing essential therapy services in an educational setting.
- This full-time role is based in Bronx, NY, requiring onsite presence from Monday to Friday.
- The position involves assessing and improving students' speech-language skills, ensuring compliance with individualized education plans.
- Assess speech-language skills to determine therapy needs.
- Provide therapy services as mandated on IEPs.
- Consult with colleagues during team meetings.
- Communicate effectively with parents and provide training.
- Complete necessary documentation and paperwork.
- Participate in staff development activities.
- Meet with supervisor regularly for guidance.
- New York State Certificate as a Teacher of the Speech and Hearing Handicapped, or Teacher of Students with Speech and Language Disabilities.
- Master's degree in speech-language pathology.
- NYS Professional License as a Speech Language Pathologist.
