Bilingual Behavior Technician

Position: Behavior Technician (Bilingual: English/Spanish)

Location: Bronx, NY

Salary: $18–30 per hour

We specialize in providing evidence-based therapy for children and young adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), helping them reach meaningful milestones through individualized treatment plans developed by Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs).

We are hiring Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide in-home ABA therapy in Bronx, NY.

• Provide one-to-one ABA therapy in clients’ homes across the Bronx.
• Implement individualized treatment plans created and supervised by a BCBA.
• Support children in building communication, social, and daily living skills while managing challenging behaviors.
• Ensure a safe, positive, and engaging therapy environment at all times.
• Collect and log data daily to track client progress.
• Receive regular training, feedback, and supervision to strengthen your ABA skills.

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work flexible, part-time schedules in Bronx, NY
• Passion for working with children and families
• Prior ABA experience is required.

• RBT certification (or willingness to obtain within the first 3 months of employment)
• Completion of the 40-hour RBT training (offered free and online by Kids First)
• Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities
• Prior ABA therapy experience in home, school, or community settings
