Pay Range

Base pay: $19.10/hr - $20.10/hr actual pay will be based on skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.

We are looking for HHA/PCA Certified Caregivers who are trustworthy, team players, and willing to provide exceptional care. Must be ready to travel with a car to client sites; we will pay an extra $1/hr for car use. If you think you have what it takes, apply now!

• Daily personal care (bathing, grooming, oral care, dressing etc.)
• Assist daily living activities per the Plan of Care
• Monitor patients and report on their condition
• Help with patient meals and feeding, as well as basic housekeeping functions
• Accompany the patient to doctor’s visits, shopping, and other essential errands

• Must have New York State Home Health Aide Certificate
• Government issued , Social Security Card & work authorization if needed
• 2 reference letters
• Recent physical examination
• TB screening (Quantiferon preferred)
• Flu shot
• Rubella & rubeola titer lab work
• Chain of custody drug screen no older than 6 months
