Range provided by Castle Rock Home Care; actual pay is based on skills and experience.

- Current Photo & Social Security card.
- Drug screen (last 6 months).
- Full physical (last 6 months) including 2 PPD’s, Rubella & Rubeola titers.
- Two references.
- Personal care and live‑in home care.
- Light housekeeping.
- Transportation.
- Meal preparation.
- Assisting Visiting Nurses.
- Errands and shopping.
- Bathing and dressing.
- Home health support.
- Dementia care.
- Medication management.
Job Type: Full‑time/Part‑time.
Schedule:
12‑hour shift, day shift, weekends.
Work location:
One location in Brooklyn, NY.

- Personal protective equipment provided.
