Senior Scientist

We are seeking senior scientists who specialize in the development and manufacturing of cancer therapies.

The ideal candidates will have significant experience working with pharmaceutical companies or CROs.

• Collaborate closely with the research team on cancer therapy development projects.
• Gain a thorough understanding of cancer therapy development.
• Offer guidance, mentorship, and cross-training to other scientists in the cancer therapy development group.
• Overcome challenges that hinder the successful advancement of cancer therapy projects.
• Provide regular project plans and progress reports.

• A Ph.D. in biology or pharmacology is preferred, although related fields may be considered.
• At least 2 years of experience in relevant pharmaceutical companies or CROs.
• Expertise in cancer therapy development research.
• Proven skills in project design and management, with the ability to independently lead research and development teams.
• Strong multitasking capabilities and a track record of excelling in intellectually demanding settings.
