Provide thoughtful and insightful coordination to our administrative scheduling function in a high-volume patient setting.

Here you'll partner with the Columbia physician practice, providing strategic scheduling to ensure an optimal patient experience. Supervise a dedicated team of scheduling coordinators, overseeing workflows, payroll administration, and training of new & existing staff. In this role, you will be integral to the successful operations of the center.

This is a day shift position working Monday - Friday, with as-needed extension beyond regular shift hours as is inherent in a leadership position.

This position requires on site presence 5 days/week. Location is our Columbia campus in Upper Manhattan/Washington Heights. Preferred Criteria

• Bachelors Degree.
• Previous supervisory experience.
• Scheduling/Registration system experience.
• Epic experience.

Required Criteria

• Associate's Degree or equivalent work experience.
• 1-3 years work experience.

$65,500-$97,000/Annual
